Overview
Catalogue Studio is a free online service provided by PPE analytics for stakeholders in the personal protective equipment (PPE) market.
This service allows anyone, free of charge and without an account, to create a PDF catalog from a selection of products in the PPE analytics database.
These terms of use apply solely to the free version of Catalogue Studio. For terms applicable to the paid PRO and EXPERT versions, please refer to the respective contracts.
Commitments
Availability Commitment
While the service is intended to be available 24/7 and all reasonable measures are taken to ensure this, users cannot hold PPE analytics liable for any malfunction or unavailability of the service, in whole or in part, regardless of the duration of the incident.
Data Accuracy Commitment
The service relies on manufacturer data available online and through our partner systems. Accordingly, PPE analytics cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies. Generated documents are non-contractual and may contain errors or omissions.
However, certain data received from official partners will be certified as accurate and clearly marked as such.
Email Deliverability Commitment
A confirmation email is sent upon successful generation of a PDF catalog. This email includes the download link for the PDF.
For technical reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery to the recipient’s inbox. Please check your spam folder or add support@catalogue-studio.com to your address book to ensure proper receipt.
Limitations
To ensure optimal service for all users, certain limitations apply.
Product List
The number of distinct products used in a single catalog is limited to 25 products. A product may appear on multiple pages of the same catalog but will count only once toward this limit.
Additional Files
The total size of all files attached to a project cannot exceed 50 MB.
Number of Pages
A single catalog may not exceed 20 pages.
Retention Period
Project data is retained for up to 1 month after creation if the catalog is not accessed (neither downloaded nor administered).
This period may extend up to 3 months while the project remains active. After this time, it is the user’s responsibility to download the generated PDF.
Responsibility and Usage Guidelines
Reasonable Use
The service is intended for human users and reasonable daily project volumes.
Automated catalog generation via scripts or AI agents is prohibited on the free version. Please contact us for advanced integration options.
Viewing Link
Users are responsible for sharing the PDF viewing link only with authorized recipients.
Administration Link
We advise against forwarding the confirmation email directly, as it contains the administration link for your project. If this occurs accidentally, please contact us to resolve the issue.
Additional Files
Users are responsible for all data uploaded to the service. The tool is intended strictly for professional use. Personal, offensive, or illegal content is prohibited.
The administration team reserves the right to moderate submitted content, either before or after publication, without prior notice. Pre-publication moderation may result in a temporary delay before content is displayed in the catalog.
Images uploaded must not be hotlinked from external resources; all resources must originate from Catalogue Studio.
